Green 32x32 Baseplates Sold Out S@H

Just noticed the Green 32x32 Baseplates are sold out on S@H. I don't recall seeing these selling out before. Has anyone else seen these sold out in the past and then came back in stock??

I just went to the Lego Store and bought 5 of them afraid they would stop selling these.

They'll come back under the Classic banner, but thanks for the tip on blue baseplates! I was so pleased by the tan one I didn't think we'd lose the blue.

I can't believe they are discontinuing the blue baseplates.

As part of a LUG that does 3-4 shows a year, we need blue plates for our water areas. I was planning a large water section of my city layout, but I don't have enough blue baseplates and they are now hard to find.

I wanted to do a Heartlake display as well, but I guess I will have to skip the lake section as I don't have enough.

Is it the 48x48 and/or 32x32 blue base plate? Interesting that blue base plate would be dropped when they're releasing new pirate sets.

Especially since none of the upcoming Pirates sets includes a large blue baseplate. I better go hunting for some more before they disappear completely.

It is the green plate which is being rebranded, the blue one is not in the 2015 catalog.

Ah, you are right. My bad. I was sure I saw blue in the catalog...

Maybe not many people was buying them? There isn't much water based themes around.

Sucks about the Blue - I was hoping to pick up a few for a river. But, it's all good. I re-planned my layout to not have a river after hearing this. Still sucks... But, I am excited about the Tan - nice addition and new color

I've always thought it's a shame they don't offer the 32x32 baseplate in brown/red/tan/white without having to try and source them from brick link/lego parts direct, etc.

I'm sure they would sell well.

I figured the Blue Baseplate would be available for a long time, especially with the pirate theme coming back.

Now to buy some.
