rockethead26 Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 (edited) Hi folks, I have a problem where a building does not sit flat on the LDD grid. I cannot find a plate, tile or brick under the baseplate that would cause this. The building is attached along the front edge and nowhere else. It tilts up towards the rear. When I printed the building instructions, it was weird as it started at the top and worked downward as if the building had nothing to start on. I've attached the lxf file if anyone would care to take a look and help me figure this out. Thanks in advance!!!!! lord_business_evil_lair First Floor only.lxf Edited December 8, 2014 by rockethead26 Quote
Shine Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Everything was rotated up for some reason. I've put it back to level though. lord_business_evil_lair First Floor only.lxf Quote
rockethead26 Posted December 8, 2014 Author Posted December 8, 2014 Shine, Thank you so much. I have no idea how that happened. I have to do the same with the entire 4 story building, could you tell me what you did to correct it? Quote
Shine Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Place a new piece out in empty space somewhere that has the ability to connect to whatever you want to level. In this case I used a 1x1 plate since the roof has a bunch of studs on it. Next, select everything but that new piece and drag the selection so the two connect. Since the 1x1 was level by default, anything attached to it will be made the same. Quote
rockethead26 Posted December 8, 2014 Author Posted December 8, 2014 Excellent, Shine. I'll give that a try tomorrow. Your help is really appreciated. Quote
