Hi!

Have you ever had any problems when transferring your PAB order to the shopping cart on LEGO.com?

Several times I have not been able transferring the order to the shopping cart when using my Opera browser. Then I have tried it in alternative browsers, and have been able to perform the order. But tonight it is all horrible. First Opera, then Safari and finally Chrome. In neither of the browsers I was able to transfer the order to the shopping cart. Whether I clicked "Update Bag" or "Go to Shopping Cart" nothing happened. Have you tried that before?

I finalIy have been able to tranferring my order to the shopping cart. After two hours! - If the product was not unique and I didn't have a gift voucher, I would have given up long ago and chosen another webshop... :look:

I did an order from Shop@Home through Bricks and Pieces (in the customer service section not PAB) this weekend to take advantage of the free shipping. Three times, while using Safari, when I went to add the parts to the cart it failed. The home page of S@H came up instead of the cart. The cart was empty and when I went back my B@P cart was empty. Filling the cart in B@P is easier lately but it was still a drag to add all the parts over and over. Ultimately I switched to Chrome and then the parts transfered the first time I tried.

Lego's website has been a problem for me in the past when using Safari, but this was the worst. I'm going to remember to just use chrome when I'm going to place an order in the future.

Luckily my PAB cart kept the bricks in memory from time to time - but not browser to browser, so that was (luckily) not an issue. Right now, I don't remember, if the order successeded in Safari or Chrome. But for future orders, I will also try one of these first.

Well, now... something must have changed. I have not been looking at the PAB selection, but when I go to "sales and deals" and click on "view all," the first time I do it the site goes back to the main page. Then I go back and try again, and it works.

I am experiencing the same when I want to check the order status. I also did experience it the last time I made an order.

Today I am able to transfer my PAB cart to the shopping cart. Of course not in the first try, but it worked. But now I am not able to check out the shopping cart. I am continously asked to log in. After logging in, I am returned to the shopping cart and can start over again.

I must say, it is really, really, REALLY hard to spend money on S@H these days...
