I'm thinking of using rubberbands, but I need the model so I can rig that up securely. The barrels can spin, but don't expect to do that without them falling apart lel. I shot myself in the toe by using those rail-plates on the barrels. They're more accurate aesthetically than simply using 1x2 bricks with ridges, but it's a trickier build. For stability, I ended up making all the barrels one assembly.
