emem15 Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 (Hi, first post ;) ) I'm planning to add to my daughters town layout (nothing impressive, 9 32x32 stud baseplates), and have looked at the Lego Dacta 9610 Gears set http://brickset.com/sets/9610-1/Gears-Set as i already have it in my collection. Basically what i thought is i could modify it to create a main themes park attraction, so her minifigs can enjoy a day out - not really planning to change the substance (so it's still most likely going to be a carousel/swing type of thing). Now, i know it may be a shortcut to ask for help here, but i only wanted someone to point me in the right direction. What would you do in order to adjust it's appearance so it fits the town layout, not looking too much as a random technic set inserted right in the middle, and appeals to six year old? Obviously, i got quite a few bricks from different sets, nothing too specific, but usual bucket or two, so i'm not limited to technic bits only. Anyone have any thoughts, please? Quote
