Aside from working on my CTT ( see other topic ) , I also had a LAAT-project.

I started this project about a year ago , just inbetween the 7676 and the latest incarnation 75021.

In total I've build 8 of these little monsters, all with their own markings on the wings.

The thing I liked about the 7676 was the nose with the cargohold, so I kept that, made it a bit smaller like the 75021 , replaced the bubbles on the side with brickbuild bubbles and replaced the bubbles on the wings by turrets , like they should be.

The underside is totaty SNOT build using slopes , and an illigal conection for the angle makes up the underside of the nose.

To be honest, there's 3 parts I did make myself, in the nose I glued a 1x1 brick and plate together so the nose keeps together , and on the doors, I've glued and cut 2 tiles 2x4 .( It isn't noticed by most, and I think that LEGO should bring out more tiles in differend forms )

The shape looks pretty nice, especially like the doors and turrets

and I can't help but picture two clones playing checkers on a wing.
