ResIpsaLoquitur Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Sorry, no idea specifically what this is--if it's a "build and take home" event or if it's "build in store and maybe we'll give you some goodies." TRU's website specifically says: "Come and build an amazing winter city scene with LEGO® bricks and more!" This seemed like the best forum to post this. Anybody know any more details about this event? Quote
Trace17 Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I'm hoping to find out about this as well, specifically if this is a "take home" event. I've yet to see any more details than what's on TRU website. Quote

LegoSjaak Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 (edited) Half-cow, half-orc? Haha...that made me laugh...half cow, half orcer......hoop to see pictures of 'it' soon...haha...!! Edited November 21, 2014 by LegoSjaak Quote
phoenix42 Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 (edited) I wish I could take credit for the "cow-orker" phrase: http://en.wikipedia....#Coined_phrases http://www.catb.org/jargon/html/C/cow-orker.html But there are times when it is an appropriate typo. ResIpsaLoquitur Posted November 22, 2014 Author Posted November 22, 2014 No takehome, at least at my store. This literally turned out to be a pile of bricks for the kids to make into whatever they wanted and then display in-store. There were some freebies, like some magazines, the Friends beach accessory set, and, uh, a Kre-O. Quote

phoenix42 Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 (edited) Ditto for Nashua NH, I'll be having works with my cow-orker :( But the kids had fun, and I did a little bent bricks model. Edited November 23, 2014 by phoenix42 Quote
