Advice on creating custom minifigs of Sabaton members.

I'm not entirely sure that this is the right place for this, but I need some help on selecting good parts to use in creating minifigs of the members of my favorite band, Sabaton. I think I can probably figure out something for most of them, but I'm stumped on how to make their frontman Joakim Brodén. His goofy mohwak and highly sculpted goatee have me stumped, and I'm pretty sure his vest is totally unworkable without custom pieces. (His sunglasses are optional.)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
