Ch lll: Cat A: Dwarves: Leaving Home

Before Wulf left Mitgardia to train as a housecarl he stopped by an old monument near the border. The monument is called "Two Axes".

He left his fathers ring at the base of the shrine and headed for Kaliphlin.

Hey guys! Here is my entry for Cat A dwarves side. The shrine is built into a cliff but I didnt want to make that big of a cliff. C&C welcome.

Good job with this, the monument does look like it's build into a cliff. One suggestion would be to extend the cliff to the borders of the build, though, to make it look a bit more complete.

I like the use of the axes and microfigs. The white lever-base and gold coin detail looks great as well.

I agree that the rock should extend to the edges to give more impact to the cliff presentation. A border or more edge irregularity could also go a long way.

Thanks guys! I wanted to extend the cliff but I honestly dont have that many sorted bricks. Maybe I'll sort some more this weekend...

The shrine is actually quite cool but why on earth is your charcter going to Kaliphlin? I can't actually see how this relates to the story.
