Slurpifier Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 I'm wanting to order a Lego set from the UK shop at home, however, it now says that I need to 'call to check product avalibility', but whenever I go to the US version of shop at home, the Lego set is instock. So, am I able to order off of the US shop, regardless of region? And will the product be stocked again on the UK version again? Cheers! Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 It really depends on which set you are talking about. Though what I've seen in the past, regarding "check availability", usually indicates a set has had it's last run and they are selling up the remaining warehouse stock. If the product is unavailable at LEGOShop.com you can always try calling actual LEGO Stores to see if they have it on their shelves. Some will deliver to homes, that is how I got my Town Hall. As for ordering from US distributor for UK delivery, it IS country specific. US distributor does not deliver to UK Quote
BirdOPrey5 Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Once a set is in the USA, LEGO isn't going to use it to fulfil UK orders. A set may very well be sold out in the UK but available still in the USA or vice-versa. Quote
DD840 Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 A few days I tried ordering off the US website and it canceled my order. I live in Canada near the border so can easily have things shipped to a border town, but a lot of companies don't like a billing address outside of the US. Quote
