Problems logging in on Lego site with mobile devices

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if any ody else has got this problem. When using my Ipad or mobile phone I can't seem to log in on the lego site. Is this a known problem? And if so, is there a known solution?

I can get on the main site with my laptop, but cannot get to the shopping area. Of course this would happen after saving up and waiting 45 days for the Lonely Mountain to become available, and my work blocks the Lego site because it has games on it Guess I am going to have to wait a bit longer.

I don't know what you three are seeing, but for me http://shop.lego.com is showing a page specifically saying the store is down for maintenance, and should be back up later today:

Service unavailable!

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Error 503

After posting my earlier response, I noticed the LEGO Ideas site also wouldn't let me login, and it eventually gave a little message saying they're having login issues. It must be more than just (planned?) maintenance at the store.

It was difficult all day to get any access to the LEGOshop, but it's finally ok!

They are updating their site

They picked a strange time to update the site with the combination of double VIP points, the promotional set, and the introduction of Hobbit wave 3, which coincided with the time period that the site went down. Thankfully, I finally managed to make the purchase later in the day. Usually, planned maintanence happens in the off hours, and not when people would most likely want to place an order.
