DrJB Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 (edited) This proably belongs more in the Digital Tools section, but I wanted to have a Technic perspective/opinion. Has anyone tried the 3DConnexion mouse with the various digital tools? If so, what's your experience? http://www.amazon.co...rds=3dconnexion Edited October 8, 2014 by DrJB Quote
TheItalianBrick Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 I haven't, but I do use 3D mouse at work for other professional modelling softwares. Experience says that they help, whether software you use. Now as I said I'm a professional modeller aswell, but I don;t see it would change a lot if used with LDD due to the simplicity of the software itself! Hope it does make sense... Quote
Jody Meyer Posted October 8, 2014 Posted October 8, 2014 I tend to agree, I use one at work with solidworks and other 3d programs, I have tried it with ldd and it made no difference, the program is designed for simplicity and it is, unless you are going to use it full time it will not be worth it to buy one. Or buy a different software   I was tempeted to import the lego library into Catia V5 and see how it works... (sorry for the off topic) Quote
