Takanuinuva Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Anyone know what time of year Lego tends to Update Ldd with the Summer set of this years new pieces. I have some Moc Ideas I want to try that require some of the new parts released this year.

Classicsmiley Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 I just got a 16MB parts update this morning. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with one or more parts, and LDD is crashing when I try to view those parts. Any time I try to expand the Door category, LDD crashes.

Apparently there will be a fix released later today to bring the brickset up from 1564 (the 16Mb download) to 1564.1 (a smaller 2Mb download). Among other things, it will fix an issue with the 2x2 plate and 1x2 tile, as well as the crash issues. So please make sure to close and re-start LDD to get that update. OK, that was the message. So, once the 1564.1 is out, let's start a separate topic for this new brickset here in the forum to discuss the "whats's new" stuff

I got on this morning to build a new MOC............aahhh........... nothing is working, it just crashes after a 'boot-up'. I even took out the program and reloaded it again, still crashes................ I hope that this will be able to get fixed...........
