We can realize the happy face of the kid and propably the AFOLs face goes on this way too...hehe...If I had an airport like this at home the children of my family would move for my offcie forever! Chills Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 I'm really enjoying seeing how this MOC is progressing. It looks great; I like all of the detail. I even see Santa in there! As far as the ATC tower; looks like you can either build it coming out of one of the corners of the main terminal, or you can make it stand-alone. Looks like there's not a lot of room for a stand-alone tower (the airplane wings need all that green on the baseplates for clearance, right). So I would suggest putting it coming out of the terminal where the panda is standing on the balcony. You would only need the corner of the balcony to make the base of the tower, and leave the interior open. The door right there could even be access to the tower, itself. Quote

Yesiammichael Posted January 3, 2016 Posted January 3, 2016 This is awesome, I am a fan of this era of airplanes and airports too and had 6396, new aircraft are just way too big. With this era, you also had runways and this models shows that a decent airport takes up a lot of space. I can imagine when more space is available, the other side of the pier could be opened up for more airbridges and planes - never enough room! Quote
