Matt1i Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 I have spent a few hours putting together a 4x4 Crawler to the stage I connect batteries, etc to already fitted motors. A quick test run revealed the front and rear wheels turn in opposite directions. I understand each run off separate motors, can I switch direction of one of these motors? Should I turn a motor around? What is the best option? Has anyone else experienced similar? Quote
TheItalianBrick Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 flip one of the differential? Quote
kabelbinder Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Use the PF Switch 8869 to turn the direction of one side. Quote
darksheep Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 flip one of the differential? I am sure this is your problem as well , flipping the direction of the motor using a switch is a cleave idea Kabelbinder. This is a common problem I know 3 people who did this when building the 42030 VOLVO L350F Wheel Loader Quote
Rishab N Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 You could flip the differential, but the switch is a better idea as you won't have to disassemble Quote
