My first MOC/alternative build

Hi everyone

First time poster, long time reader.

We all want more modulars from Lego but until such a time building and buying doubles is a good option. When time becomes available I will spend the time on bricklink building a purchase to build custom modulars.

I built a mirror of the apartment but wasn't sure what to do with the pet shop. With just spare parts from other kits purchased throughout the year this is what I came up with, a nightclub/bar/disco. There are a few illegal building techniques and no interior but I'll tinker with it over time.

Interesting addition design 'Aussie Jase'.....though I'm not sure about the height of the building having that kind of roof section......might need to be another floor inserted.
