I've been lurking for awhile and now I want to start getting involved more. I grew up playing with Lego and about a year ago my daughter started playing with them and well Lego has been piling up since then. I have finally decided which direction I wanted to start going with my building. I've started working on a Star Wars line up with the intention of building a larger command post/hanger set up once we move. For the mean time I'll just be stock piling supplies until then. Looking forward to making new friends.

Welcome to Eurobricks Murtaughf3

Children and in my case Grandchildren, are many a members route back into LEGO. Mind you, I can't think of any better ways to be reunited with our little ABS friends.

From reading your introduction it sounds like you have some exciting building ahead. Hope you'll be posting pictures of progress.

Thanks. Yes I am grateful my daughter wanted to get her first Friends set. It's really nice having a hobby we can do as a family.

As far as future building, yes I have something very large planned but we are currently in a rental house so most of my builds will be in boxes until we move. I will be keeping a few things out so I will be posting some pictures along the way and then again once everything comes together.

Welcome. The staff at the North Pointe Lego store is great. If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to visit it.

Thanks. I think I've been to that one once. Is that the one at the mall that has the American Girl store, more of a ritzy mall.

My office is in Norcross about 10 minutes from the one by the BassPro store. Sorry about the confusion, I just moved to the area.
