Gremer Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 This may just be my problem, but whenever I attempt to search for Pick A Brick or go to the shop page, it won't redirect properly. I've tried direct links from Google and pasting the link in, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? PS: I'm on Firefox. Quote
rollermonkey Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Works fine for me from an iPad. Quote

torso Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 It's broken for me in Opera, Firefox and Chrome. Quote
VintageLegoEra Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I use Chrome and works as charm. Never had a problem opening Lego site Quote
Roger_Smith Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I had a problem yesterday when I ordered something. It all worked find until I clicked on Checkout. Then Firefox just showed me a completely empty page. Tried multiple times without any luck. Then I tried a program that can be used to view webpages (i.e. Internet Explorer), and from there it worked. Never had any kind of propblem before, not sure if it was a Firefox problem or something on the site not propertly deployed for real webbrowsers. Quote
HawkLord Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 (edited) I had some problems last night on the shopping page with explorer. I would go to look at all of a given line, like Star Wars and it would redirect me to the main page. After awhile, I just gave up. Similar thing happened about a month ago with the pick a brick page not loading the max number of options for a given brick. Also on explorer. Edited September 25, 2014 by Hawkman Quote
talos Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I've got a problem getting to the 'order status' page, I click on the link on the main page and it brings up the the faint image of the page, but the clock never stops spinning and it won't load the page. It was doing it yesterday, and trying again today, its still stuck for me. I restarted everything and still no go. I am on a Mac with Safari 7.1. Maybe thats something to do with it, Safari updated a couple days ago. Quote
Gremer Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 Would someone mind to post the correct link to Pick-A-Brick on lego.com? Quote

Gremer Posted September 28, 2014 Author Posted September 28, 2014 Thank you. It turns out that it was where I was logged in, because after I logged out, I could access everything normally. Quote

torso Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 My problem was caused by an ad blocker. Added an exception and it seems to work fine now. Quote
GregoryBrick Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Has anyone else encountered trouble with the shop.lego.com layout? Product display pages don't show up correctly, with the product details container appearing below the product image (rather than to the right of it). This happens in Firefox, safe mode, and has been like this for weeks. Quote
