NateStraight Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Is there any kind of modern replacement in the same form factor as the old reversible / flashing 4771 (also the 1x2 equivalent) light brick from the old late 80s / early 90s sets? This part here: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4771 Even just a way to rig up replacement LED bulbs into the old part? The old bulbs were apparently incandescent / filament style, and mine are all burned out. Thanks. Quote
Chilis Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Sorry I am a bit off topic here but PLEASE Lego, bring this great lights back! Bring more life and joy to vehicles, accessories and buildings! (Yes, you are allowed to bring them back with LED) Quote
dr_spock Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 If you rig up LEDs, be sure to have the proper in series resistor to limit the current to the LEDs. Alternatively, you can probably still find small light bulbs at dedicated electronics or hobby stores. Quote
