Looking For Custom Printing Service

I am looking for a service that does Digital or Pad printing for LEGO torsos and legs. I would need the items in quantities of 5 at a time and then ordering more of the same quantity depending on the predicament. I would also need the printer to refine an image based on a fairly detailed sketch that I would provide. I would also need the cost to be economically viable for my quantities.
