Going About A Tommy Vercetti Minifigure

I want to make a half purist minifigure (using standard LEGO minifig parts but will use BrickArms weapons) and thought about the Torso on the Where Are My Pants Guy TLM CMF. If the torso isn't suitable, I would kindly ask if you may recommend one.

So do you think that Torso is ok?

thats as close as you'll get purist I believe. There is another Hawaiian shirt, but it isnt really close in color.

Yeah this has the works to be and awesome fig! That torso seems to be the closest to his original shirt and the hair isn't to far off. I just searched through Bricklink's 47 pages looking for a comparable with no better find

Maybe with blue hips to show the shirt going past his waist?

I was thinking Where Are My Pants guy's torso would be the best. The head is where I'm personally stuck. The black widows peak hair would work for the hairpiece, but I'm stuck on the head.
