	Here's my remake of Malone Lumarda's contest-winning 2005 Lego Bionicle Moc Vengeance, who not only featured as an OC-turned-canon character in Bionicle's 2005 Book "Dark Hunters" (with a dedicated backstory written by Greg Farshtey himself), but also appeared on one of the Lego Magazine issues I saw as a kid. The moment I saw him, I was smitten with the cool design!

<p>
	Here he is compared to Lumarda's original, which I saw on Lego Magazine as a kid:

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Naturally, if I were to start doing remakes of these contest-winning MOCs and turn them into actual sets, I may as well start with the first one I've ever seen! Bigger, bulkier, more mobile and with an extra play feature in addition to more sturdy joints, this absolute unit is even heavier than the Kardas Dragon at 518.1 grams (compared to the Dragon's 506.6 grams) whilst only using parts from 2005 and prior!

	Anyway, this is a combiner of 4 of my previous Lego bionicle MOCs (my movie versions of Turaga Dume, Nivawk, Nidhiki and Krekka), combining to create my own version of the Ultimate Dume combiner:

	This MOC was my time doing a large articulated figure, it was mainly inspired by 71490 the hand design in particular being straight up copied from that set. I was going for a sickly looking negative character but I am unhappy with the end result, it looks to scrawny and unbalance. Probably gonna make other one with a more robust conformation in the future when I get more bricks within this color scheme.

	I wanted to see what I could build using only the parts from an old 1500-piece LEGO set that was missing its instructions. It was tough trying to get the proportions and stability right with only standard bricks, but I'm pretty happy with how this robot turned out. The random colors add to its "junk-bot" feel. Let me know what you think!

	I’ve been working on a custom Lego action figure display, but it still feels like something I’ve seen a hundred times before. I want to make it stand out without going overboard on cost or complexity.

	Detroit, the near future...   yeah well, not really, actually - it's 1987 and one of the best movies ever was released: <strong>Robocop!</strong> <strong>The future of law enforcement. Part man, part machine, all cop.</strong><br /><br />
	This is my attempt to recreate one of my most beloved movie characters and I tried to add as much accuracy, details and features as I could. Robo stands approximately 24cm/9.5inches tall and features about 25+ points of articulation for simple recreation of memorable poses from the movies. He comes with lots of accessories, many of which can be stored inside his leg holsters (...yes, he includes an opening leg holster, one each leg! A must!!): His regular gun, the Auto-9, which can be "upgraded" with the iconic triple fire effect, the data spike (not retractable, sorry), also interchangeable heads with/without helmet (the helmeted version is designed so you can use just the top half to recreate the "take off helmet without chin guard" scene) and I also included his flamethrower arm (but not his jetpack... yet...?).<br /><br />
	The whole build turned out to be surprisingly solid, highly poseable with great playability. Hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

			I started this project after research about the Space Marine from series Warhammer 40K. And I thought how it turn out if I could combine with Bionicle gimmick and mask. And the first mask that come to my mine is Toa Tahu's Hau mask, which resample the style of Power Armor's helmet. Also I choose the gear box of Bionicle 2015 since it's convenient for the thin space inside.

	I made this custom hand for a bionicle Turaga. Problem is I don't like how fragile it is. <br /><img alt="bionicle_hand_help.png" class="ipsImage" height="600" src="https://brickshelf.com/gallery/takanuinuva/mc/bionicle_hand_help.png" width="1024" /></p>

<p>
	Any parts that are similar to the droid body? Preferably with a hollow stud all the way through. (Mainly trying to get a similar look to this with a stronger connection. It will hold but can fall off if I move the model)

	The kaori is a rare cousin of the kahu, both bird rahi native to Le-Wahi. Like their cousins the kahu, kaori can be ridden, but kaori are much less tame than kahu are. For this reason the Le-Matoran prefer kahu mounts, though the boldest of their daredevils make an occasional sport of kaori riding.

	I tried to push the limits of building with LEGO by breaking the usual rules and bringing back the classic Bionicle theme. Bionicle was from a time when LEGO still took risks and tried new ideas. I challenged myself by only using parts from a small Technic set, which actually helped me be more creative. For the joints, I used thin metal wire.

<p>
	Hello!<br /><br />
	I am a fan of DOOM games. Since the original released in 1993, up to last-year hit of Doom Eternal. During that time I built plenty of DOOM builds, some I released like the <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/jerac/16145701534/in/photolist-rqLUR8-qAJWyo" rel="external nofollow">Cacodemon</a> or the <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/jerac/8638977498/in/photolist-eap22U-eap1VJ" rel="external nofollow">Spider Mastermind</a> (...with assorted green crustacean,s because why not). <br />
	Some were failures I won't show here :D<br /><br />
	And yet, during all that time, I never tackled the most obvious thing you can build:<br />
	The Doom Slayer himself.<br /><br />
	Until now. <br /><br />
	Let me present you the Doom Slayer himself!<br /><br /><img alt="50175219728_3770bb9e13_h.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50175219728_3770bb9e13_h.jpg" width="1024" /><img alt="50176014077_c9fb74e765_h.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50176014077_c9fb74e765_h.jpg" width="1024" /><img alt="50175219633_ef2abe18bb_h.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50175219633_ef2abe18bb_h.jpg" width="1024" /><img alt="50176014202_2c29607d2b_h.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50176014202_2c29607d2b_h.jpg" width="1024" /><img alt="50175219843_5dad094336_h.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50175219843_5dad094336_h.jpg" width="1024" /><br /><br />
	This is more a statue than a poseable figure, as I wanted to cover the joints as much as possible. There is some limited movement range here and there, but this was not a priority.<br />
	Fun fact: The Slayer started in different color - in sand green. This is because on some pre-release renders and images it looked more like sand-green than olive to me:<br /><br /><img alt="D1OUU525YEHM.png" class="ipsImage" height="598" src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/506/D1OUU525YEHM.png" width="1024" /></p>

<p>
	...and then I took some in-game photos which were also definitely sand green. Except, uh, I made them in blue-tinted room so yeah, olive + blue -&gt; sand green.<br />
	The effect? I had this much:<br /><br /><img alt="L48vpiX.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://i.imgur.com/L48vpiX.jpg" width="576" /><br /><br />
	And then I decided to do a full rework. Was it worth it? I say yes, even though olive parts selection is pretty limited compared to what you have in sand green. <br />
	What do you think?<br /><br />
	As usual instructions are available at brickvault.com.

</p>

<p>
	Ever since I completed the <a href="https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/forums/topic/186857-countess-of-dis/" rel="">Countess of the Capital of Hell</a>, I wanted to build an angelic counterpart, with a notably contrasting design. Where the Countess was slender and slim, the Angel was supposed to be muscular and powerful. I had no idea for the wings and the armor was even worse, as it had to be shiny - but I had not much shiny pieces available. There was some metallic silver and gold pieces on the market, and of course pearl gold, but while pearl gold looks alright in accents, it doesn't look good in larger surfaces. <br /><br />
	The project would be probably permanently on hold, but LEGO has released one of my all time favourite sets: the Infinity Gauntlet.<br />
	An excellent and varied source of metallic gold pieces, perfect item to be reforged into an angelic armor!<br /><br />
	Once I had this idea the actual build took just about one week, plus some tweaking later with help of my fellow Zbudujmy.To friends who helped me with few issues regarding proportions. Wings are shamelessly stolen from Dees, a great builder known for his <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/138823413@N04/51643081219/in/dateposted/" rel="external nofollow">Angel of Regression</a>, with minimal tweaking as I had more limited piece pool. <br /><br />
	I could not decide which halo/sword variant is the best, so I include both now and let you decide! ^^

	Here's a rundown of what I built for the BioCup 2024.
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	BioCup 2024 R0: Journey to Mars!
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pUofHF" rel="external nofollow"><img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53757697977_e9bfe900a5_b.jpg" class="ipsImage" alt="53757697977_e9bfe900a5_b.jpg" /></a><a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pUofHF" rel="external nofollow">
</a></p><a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pUofHF" rel="external nofollow">

</a><p style="text-align:center;"><a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pUofHF" rel="external nofollow">
	Journey to Mars</a> by <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/darksiderz_photostream/" rel="external nofollow">Mohamed Marei</a>, on Flickr
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	"Seven years of astronaut school. Seven more years of travel... And here we are. RING RING RING .... Time to wake up."
</p>

<p>
	Built for the preliminary round of the BioCup. <br />
	Theme: space.
</p>

<p>
	For this MOC, I combined the classic Lunar Buggy aesthetic with some modern concept art designs to yield this piece. The astronaut builds on top of a Technic Fig whose arms are swapped out for thicker-looking padded arms. The legs get a similar treatment with metal ingots in white.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	<a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pYwsoh" rel="external nofollow"><img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53804564100_21bc287d5e_b.jpg" class="ipsImage" alt="53804564100_21bc287d5e_b.jpg" /></a><a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pYwsoh" rel="external nofollow">
</a></p><a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pYwsoh" rel="external nofollow">

</a><p style="text-align:center;"><a href="https://flic.kr/p/2pYwsoh" rel="external nofollow">
	Merlin the deranged!</a> by <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/darksiderz_photostream/" rel="external nofollow">Mohamed Marei</a>, on Flickr
</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">
	"Merlin's newfound fascination with alchemy has yielded an array of.... interesting experiments, to say the least."
</p>

<p>
	Built for BioCup 2024 R1<br />
	Theme: Energy<br />
	Subtheme: Chemical
</p>

<p>
	Building something interesting for this round was a real challenge. I toyed around with various concepts until I stumbled upon my limited collection of light nougat bricks.. and then a face emerged.
</p>

<p>
	Slowly over the next few days, I built up Merlin and the rest of the scene, inspired by an alchemical twist on the traditional Dungeons and Dragons evil wizard trope. The whole time I was building, you could hear me sing "Necromancer" by Judas Priest. In fact, this ended up being the theme song of this build, and Merlin was built in the image of Rob Halford, legendary musician and Judas Priest frontman, who's also a native Brummie! The gargoyles at the back came last; they were more of an afterthought that panned out quite well I must admit.
</p>

<p>
	Sadly, this MOC didn't make it through the matchup I was in, but I took it to my display at Brick Festival Birmingham the following day (Saturday 22nd of June), where it received widespread critical acclaim.
</p>

	This is a MOC from a collaboration project where members are creating chess pieces.  Once every piece and the board have been modeled, we're hoping to take the whole build on tour so a few major conventions.  Having never created a horse before, I took on designing the knight figure for the medieval team (white).

	Dear Eurobricks community,
</p>

<p>
	I only made an account here so I could ask you if someone would take a commission for a LEGO model of the League of Legends character Urgot with a size of 30cm in height.
</p>

<p>
	This community was reccommended to me by someone on the LEGO subreddit and I hope that someone would be open to take it.
</p>

<p>
	Thanks in advance!

	This is my second MOC from a collaboration project where members are creating chess pieces.  This one represents the bishop piece.  However, instead of a standard bishop, I chose to create a wizard in a classic pointy hat to keep with the medieval (albeit fantasy) theme.  Like the knight I designed previously, he is primarily white with yellow and blue trim for contract. I've positioned him hunched over so that he would be shorter than any future King or Queen piece while his hat makes him slightly taller than the knight if you ignore the lance.  It's a bit hard  to see in the images but he is holding a crystal ball with a black "King" inside.

	Really happy with the pieces used for the shoulders and the overall figure, the only weak points are where the legs attach to the shell pieces.

	I finally completed this Figure of Goblin Slayer &amp; Priestess form the Goblin Slayer Manga/Anime Series.
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="IMG_20240601_154025.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154025.jpg" width="576" /><img alt="IMG_20240601_154042.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154042.jpg" width="576" /><img alt="IMG_20240601_154100.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154100.jpg" width="576" /></p>

<p>
	<img alt="IMG_20240601_154123.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154123.jpg" width="576" /><img alt="IMG_20240601_154136.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154136.jpg" width="576" /><img alt="IMG_20240601_154149.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154149.jpg" width="576" /></p>

<p>
	Obviously I used some alternative bricks that are not offered by LEGO, but there is no way I am building armor in anything but flat silver.
</p>

<p>
	The figure itself has been completed for a few months now, but I couldn't find anyone who would print on a 10x10 dish for the shield, so in the end I had to do it myself with spraypaint. This caused me problems since I had never spraypainted anything in more than a single color, but after a few tries and a few ruined pieces I got a decent result.
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="640x630.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="630" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_152509__01.jpg/640x630.jpg" width="640" /></p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	The original idea was to make a half-circle base and place the two figures side by side. But as it turned out Goblin Slayer was way too heavy, and a support was needed to keep the figure from tipping over. In the end I placed the 2 figures back and connected them at the back to back so they can support each other. as you can see there is a support running from the Priestess back to her hair, and the Hair is connected to Goblin Slayers belt.
</p>

<p>
	<img alt="IMG_20240601_154112.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="1024" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154112.jpg" width="576" /><img alt="11.0%20Base%20Fixed%20Top.png" class="ipsImage" height="877" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/11.0%20Base%20Fixed%20Top.png" width="933" /></p>

<p>
	To make both characters visible I placed the whole Base on a turntable so it can be freely rotated. it has little rubber track inserts at the bottom to stand secure. I originally wanted to place a motor inside (not from LEGO, too loud and power hungry) to slowly spin the MOC, but I haven't figured this out as I have no experience the electronics.
</p>

<p>
	Here are two more pictures of the base details:
</p>

	<img alt="IMG_20240601_154501.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="576" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154501.jpg" width="1024" /><img alt="IMG_20240601_154447.jpg" class="ipsImage" height="576" src="https://bricksafe.com/files/Gray_Gear/figures/goblin-slayer/IMG_20240601_154447.jpg" width="1024" /></p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Overall I am quite happy with how this Project turned out, even if there were some unusually big annoyances along the way. I hope you like my MOC <span>:)</span>

	Finally completed my largest creation to date.This MOC depicts the legendary Medusa defending the temple ruins of Minerva.  The build is 20” wide, 30” deep, stands 19.5” tall, and consists of 14619 parts. Medusa herself measure 5' 8" if fully expanded. The spartan warrior and statues posted earlier were created for this diorama. This was a fun creation involving lots of hinge bricks and round end plates to create those curves.  The 1x1 tooth parts are turned around 15 degrees off center in order to create that layered look of snake scales.  Would love to hear what you think of it.

	These are two more character models I have created which are part of a large diorama I am working on.  They are statues of warriors who dared to take on Medusa in her lair only to be petrified once they gazed upon her.  I'll upload the entire diorama in another post later this week.

	This set here is the only Bionicle (Playsets) set I've so far. It's a fun set with lot's of great play features and some very interesting minifigures. The build will take a while but I didn't have any problems with this model. We also get a few stickers to put on.<br /><br />
	This set includes a big visorak which has the golden version of the mask from the first Makuta figure. If you push the back you can also shoot a bigger flick-missile. We also get two big torches with this set. The entrance of this tower has a very big mask piece of Turaga Dume. On the first level you can see a flick-missile which you can sviwel full 360°. You can also lift the big gates on the front of this flick-missile up if you want to move it. On the next level is a balcony. The balcony on the 4th level has a piece which you can move up and down. There's also a green string on each side which you can use for the small visorak to climb up. These visorak also glow in the dark! On each side of the building you can also see a wall which you can open if you want to enter the building. On one side you can also find a catapult which will shoot some nice rock pieces. I really can't complain about this model.<br /><br />
	All in all this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay, BrickLink and Amazon for sure. Here is the link where you can check out the full gallery I made for this set on my website: <a href="https://www.klokriecher.de/gallery/gallery-set-8758-1-lego-bionicle.html" rel="external nofollow">www.klokriecher.de</a>
