anyone know what set 7610 comes from? it says its creator but, i cant find any creator sets from last year with these parts, is it a promo? if so, where can i get it?

I think all those sets were promos, but I can't remember where from. I do, however, remember someone posting instructions for those ages ago. Would someone care to help please? :-)

Looks like a promo alright. I'm guessing a Kabaya promo.
