Automaton Knight and Technomancer

Hey folks! I'm back, as usual, and I'm bringing you something special today

Let me introduce...

The Automaton Knight and the Gnome Technomancer

The Technomancer is half machine and half gnome. The original idea behind this came from an old strategy, table-top game called Mage Knights. These guys are quick, agile, and deadly with their technomancy staffs. The idea behind technomancy is primarily a mix of technology and magic; this allows stuff like portals, automatons, and other cool (and very imaginative) devices.

As you can see, the techomancer legs were fairly easy to build.

Now onto the automaton

I primarily focused on making sure this guy had plenty of joints. I managed to get the feet, legs, waist, arms, hands, and head. The color scheme is slightly off, but I used what I had available. These guys are powered by a magestone which is placed in the center of the machine.

I decided to add a few gold pieces to take up most of the back of this machine.

There we go! This little project was perfect for me as I have a bunch of those parts and don't really have a need for them (bought some Star Wars droids and Ninjago stuff for other parts). The basic body can be varied in so many ways. Thanks for the inspiration. And my Death Automaton and Samurai Automaton can totally defeat your Knight Automaton! :D
