Yeah.  A lot of those pieces aren't available in those colors though, right?  Seems like Lego should take notes and get us these parts in these new colors!  bluish gray skeleton pieces would be awesome!

That is a beautiful church!  You should build for Nocturnus!  I too love the windows and the steeples, and the color combination is great!
