A big music stage with about 13 meters of EL wire in it!

Great work!

Are the EL wires powered off individual batteries or running into one power source? Also, do they just power on or do you have them going into a circuit to flash, strobe etc?

Well, because I had to power 13 meters of EL Wire I decided to connect it to an adaptor to the power net directly. When using less meters a battery box will do just fine. El Wire is either on or off, so within 1 wire you cannot circle light. It is however possible to connect multiple EL wires to a circulating power source, switching the EL wires on and off each at a different time. In my creation it is possible to make all EL Wires flash at once or just light up continuously.

I will redesign it into a more futuristic scene like the Songfestival stages in the future. For that scene I will incorporate LED lights as well, but I still have to figure out how to connect those.

That is a great stage.  I love the lights, the lighting columns for the spotlights are great also.  The drum kit and the stage background though are the true highlights for me.  Great job on this moc

For sure your band is far away better than the one release by TLG. Your drum is sooo epic. For sure your lighting effect is really clever. I hope you'll have a big crowd to go with it!
