For the month of November, I'm going to be unveiling a new Vic Viper each day of the month.  Here are the first two.

Posted Image
Today, I'm presenting the Maroon Stripe, fighter/escort ship.

Day two of 30 Days.  My little brother was entranced with my VV from yesterday so I offered to build one with his parts.  I'm pretty happy with this one, much different from my other VVs.

Nice! I love the small green one. Very creative use of the syringe and Ninjago snake parts. The dark red and grey colorscheme is also very interesting.
Ninjago's coming back? Better change my signature. Oh, and Galaxy Squad is awesome!

Nice vipers, Masked Builder.... You know, until fairly recently, I thought the "Vic Viper" was supposed to be based on Battlestar Galactica, but was wondering why they didn't look anything at all like the Colonial Vipers.

...Then I found out about Nnenn and his love for a somewhat obscure (I'd never heard of it) video game called Gradius.

Everyday!?
Gosh, that's quite the endeavor! Good luck! It was hard enough to build one, I can't imagine 30!

I agree the second one looks the best, the angled wings in the back is fantastic.

Today I wanted to take a more whimsical feel with my build.  So a chibi fighter seemed in order.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone!

Yeah.  This is the first time I've tried anything like this so we'll see how it goes.

Thanks!

See, I can build in minifigure scale.    I was looking at some of the other submissions and looking at their unique shapes and decided to try to do something like that myself.

I thank Shannon Ocean for the idea here. This one came really naturally, M-tron is really quite a fun theme. Tough I'm to young to have gotten the sets when they came out, thanks neighbors for the LEGO.

I was young during the M-tron era, I had a lots of them... but when I get my Lego back this summer from my parent's house, I discovered they were not in the boxes :cry_sad:

It's hiding under the black slope screen in the back, I'll get a picture when I post today's fighter.

Like I said on Flickr, I really love your M-Tron Viper... It brings back many memories of my brother and my LEGO war games (which form much of the backdrop for my wacky LEGO Setting)...

This VV is a worthy addition to that theme.

Thanks. :sweet:  I've got most, if not all, of the line from the neighbor, it's a great theme. :sweet:

Okay yeah, I can't say I like the name.  But I am happy to present my latest VV.  I now realize that I like the challenge of building larger vipers, so I'll probably be building more large ones. :sweet:

The new mini-viper is awesome. Also, it's good to know you worked the crate in to the M-tron one.

Even the Chutari can't resist building a VV.  This one was also very fun to build, mostly, I think, because the color scheme was already decided for me.  And I'm very happy to have found a use for those 3x3 quarter slopes.
