First off, if this is you skyliner then hats off to you!

I have ranted a few times about how much I struggled to find an affordable version of 8145 and when I finally did I thought the model was rubbish.  :enough:

Now...well this version just looks fantastic and I would love to have it.

Plus...thats like 12k (6 from what I can see) in 19L flex axles according to the Boratko Store Prices. :wall:

Of course some people on here will drool over the possibility of purchasing the model only to part it out.

Let it be written..."This model shall not be parted-out"  :angel_sing:

Thanks :)

I originally got the set for good valve in the lego sale in 2008, i should of bought more as they retail real high now.

I wanted a black version, the 19L Soft axles were the real problem, lego really do need a re-release of these, soon please!

The chrome is from chrome block city:  http://www.bricklink...itemID=20890269. The wheel covers in chrome really work well with the black.

I got custom black decals to finish it off.

The 14L axles are rare too. This model require a good bit of them as well. Especially since 16 ones don't exist and must be made out of 14s.
