Is this good deal for modular buildings?

Hi,

I just saw modular buildings are on sale at walmart, most of them 121 dollars before tax, not too much more than BOGO sale. I just bought Fire Station and plan to get Pet Shop and Grand Emporium.

Should I wait for the BOGO or buy them right now? I am enjoying my time of building Fire Station, so I am not in a hurry. They are so expensive. I won't have budget left for other sets this holiday. For this money I could buy many more smaller sets....

And what do you think of the mini modulars. Since I missed the first two modular sets, is it worth buying this cute mini copy?

I finished Fire Station last night. It was fabulous! I bought the other three modular sets, too! I hope I could buy tower bridge, too. However I am a student. I can't afford to buy a lot in a short time. :(
