Stop making them so quickly :hmpf_bad:, I've only just finished looking at your shuttle .
The interlocking method is great, does it close?

Yes it closes, but some white is visible, so it's not perfect  :sceptic:

The close up pictures are great, the chamber looks just like in the movie! I do have some doubts about the sturdiness of construction as seen in the behind the scenes picture though...

It wasn't mean to be constructed, it was just to align the top with the bottom

Now why hasn't Lego released this as a set ever eh ?
AWESOME digital designing 'Bob De Quatre'.....anyone up for brick building it ?
LDD On 'Bob De Quatre' !

Footnote - an actual set requires Vader, Needa as well as Ozzel plus two guards for the bodies to be dragged away.....why two Imperials dying.....remember Ozzel is force choked at a distance and of course....."Apology accepted Captain Needa" !

Nice one Bob. This is the first time I have seen Darth's chamber/pod made in Lego and you have created the scene well. You have done a great job to make the top and bottom sections interlock even tough you have commented that it dose show a little white when closed. Is a shame you didn't upload a pic of it closed.

It is oversized, but it was difficult being to scale while keeping the overall shape. I'm quite happy how it ended, considering the time I've spent on it.

Could that be due to LDD, and not the shape or build of the chamber?

It's the shape, due to the hinged wedges
