Yesterday, LUGPol AFOL Makorol posted this YouTube video of his Lego Technic Caterpillar 963D Crawler Loader  -- a "Remote controlled Lego model of CAT crawler loader.  The model has 4 PF Medium motors, 3 mini linear actuators, 2 IR receivers and a rechargeable PF battery box."  See more pictures in his Flickr photoset (11 pictures) and in his Brickshelf gallery (23 pictures).

That needed a double-take to check I was looking at the Lego model and not a real life inspiration.

It's models like this that really blur the argument between studded and studdless construction.

I never understand how he manages to build such beautifully accurate models but still have a high level of functionality.  Another masterpiece.

It looks nice but mini-la are disproportionned. Longer one would be better and he coult lift much more.
