I'm not quite sure if this question belongs here or down in the other media and culture forum. In starting to play the new "Batman 2" game from Lego/Tt games, I notice that there are a few really cool vehicles, that seem buildable, but that I don't think we have ever seen in any actual real world sets. They might be worthwhile as MOC projects?

The most noticeable, and the one that I am drooling over the most is Robin's Jetcopter. Am I correct in thinking that this appears to be a minor rework and recolor of the Batcopter from the (oh so expensive these days) 7786 Chase for the Scarecrow set? And if so, is there someplace where we can legally find a copy of the directions from that set in order to facilitate re-engineering and bricklinking it in red yellow and green?

Jokers speedboat also looks like it would be an easy and interesting MOC.

This is the first one of these games that I have played. Do they actually build the in game vehicles using the same basic build rules that they use in LDD?

You can always find instructions for purchase on Bricklink, and (I have not checked for the set you mention) you can download PDF instructions directly from Lego.com under Support/Instructions

Ok add to the list of in game vehicles that I want to build. The Kryptonite Truck. That huge articulated 3 section 12 wide truck would look just perfect parked alongside the Agents mobile HQ ant the Earth Defense Force HQ. I just wish I could figure out what color it is supposed to be? It seems like a more bluish blue grey then we actually get?

I'm would also like to figure out Electrosuit Batman's backpack.

Or you could just wait a little while, I'm pretty sure I read that the Electrosuit Batman is the fig included with the Batman Visual Dictionary! :excited:

That is just the figure. He doesnt come with accessories.

Here is my take on Power Suit Batman's backpack. I think the cowl ears are trimmed in the game though and I don't have yellow boxing gloves in LDD.

Okay I've finished Harley's Harley. And I must say it looks very good! Some of the colours are off and it doesn't roll very well, but it sure does look good! :cry_happy:

Can you please post pics.

I will in a bit, I'm currently working on a Bat ATV and I want to showcase them together. I took some artistic liberties on the module and now it roles perfectly! :sweet: I'm super happy with the finished product so stay tuned!

Does anyone have any screenshots of any other game models and vehicles? I want to try and model a few of them, but the TV my Wii is hooked up to isn't that great.

I might have to break down and buy the Prima guide just for some decent still pics of the suits and vehicles.

I think I almost have it. No modified parts. The secret is the Cylanders aren't always cylanders. The upper layer just below the new 1x1 round tiles is a 1x2 plate of some sort.

Those lightsaber pieces are supposed to be Telescope pieces.

OK I just hit the chapter where the "Robinmobile" shows up.:laugh::laugh: It actually makes more sense than the Tim Drake "Redbird".

IT MUST BE MINE!!!

Actually looks to be a really easy color swap from the current Lego Batmobile. Just gotta look up if all the pieces are available in the desired color palette. (sigh! Looks like the "Dragon Wings have not been offered in anything but Black. Durnit Lego! Boy Hostages need them some wings too :cry_sad: )

Woot! I think I have figured out the Electro Suit Backpack. And it is disturbingly simple :sweet:

Someone let me know if I am doing something wrong here? I think it is just a normal L shaped minifig neck clip with stud, With a 1x2/2x2 angle plate, a Palisade Brick (that's part of the secret. Those arent actually Cylanders), 2 1x1 round tiles and 2 1x1 studs. I think it just requires one "semi official" offset connection (that LDD will not do). I know the backpack portion is right, I am just not sure on the connection to the neck bracket?

See here.

Does that look right?

I don't think that would work. Also, why does he have short legs? Good job though.

That would be because I am the absolute worst at finding pieces in LDD, and as a result I found the wrong legs and didn't notice.

Yeah, that connection still isn't right. :sceptic: /sigh

LOL - the Robinmobile is pretty awesome, so I hope that people will post those sets soon. I just beat the game last night, and I am really hoping to build some of the vehicles.

Too bad September can't come soon enough for the Electro Suit Batman!!

Close. The bottom ones are the 1x1 round tiles, too. Maybe you could be sneaky and put pin in the holes on the bottom, then put the tiles on.

The connection doesn't look right, though. I can think of another sneaky thing to do to make it work, though.
