Brickset puts my collection at $10,000, and I would have to guess that roughly half of my sets are Star Wars so probably in the $5000 range, although this does not count my additional figs that I have picked up outside of BPs....  How can I see the value of my Star Wars sets only on Brickset?  I was rather disappointed to see that I only own 34% of the sets, until I saw how many little mini-sets, UCS sets and collections there are.  That plus I avoid most prequel sets unless they are army builders or stand out sets (AT-TE, Gunship, BPs) or Jedi laden.

I have been collecting for about the last 18 months (which is when I came out of my dark age) I recently created a spreadsheet for all my lego purchases and for just the SW component of it its about $6,500 AUD (we do pay more for lego in Aus and I had to get heaps shipped from overseas) When I found that out I wasnt sure whether to be proud or scared!!! hahaha

My Lego SW collection is probably about $400 US dollars. Now my entire Star Wars collection (books, comics, action figures, vehicles, posters, etc)... I can't even imagine. I have the original twelve action figures - out of package unfortunately.

I recently made a list to keep track of my ever growing collection. Gosh, since last year's spring, i did spend some 2,500 euros (which is more than 3,000 USD) on LEGO SW. Quite a lot of my collection is MISB still. I lack time and space to build them all up.

Only back from my Dark Age for a month and a half, so my collection is still quite modest: Death Star, TIE Fighter (newest version), TIE Defender, Ewok Attack and two Endor battle packs. So not a huge total "worth", using the prices I paid for them it's about 480 euros or so. All built except the battle packs (though I reckon I'm gonna build one of 'em just now - not that there's much to build).

Not sure how far I'll expand the collection, since I can't afford to pay aftermarket prices for stuff, and of the current line there's not much that interests me - mainly the Super Star Destroyer and UCS R2-D2 and possibly Imperial Shuttle. Probably can't afford 'em before December, though.

Well, i've been collecting "Buying for my children" since NintySix and have about every starwars set ever made available, in peaces somewhere around my house. If i find my camera i can put a picture of the Rubble we have sitting in the guest room. So im guessing 1,000 Worth.

Wow, if I spent as much as some of your ballers my wife would kick my butt. She thinks I've spent too much already, but if she mentions my collection I remind her that she brought me out of the dark ages with the SSD over Christmas. ;)

According to Brickset my collection is about $3,000. But, like others, I'm guessing its eBay value is more.

Your right, I'm pretty sure I would be paying a lot more to replace some of my sets than the site quotes

I haven't an exact calculation for my LEGO collection but I think I have 2000€ of Star Wars and 1000€ of another serie like City.

The UCS Star Destroyer is one of the greatest set in my collection and my oldest set is the first X-wing (code 7140).

I just signed up for this and catalogued my sets and my Star Wars comes out to $3800 of the approx. $8000 total.  Very nice tool because you can select whether the sets are new/used and what you paid for them to see value fluxuations.  

Brickpicker - Any idea if there will be a tool to not only catalog minifigs, but to have values to them?  I have catalogued them, but there are no values.  I know this would be near impossible across all themes, but I would think for popular themes such as SW there would be adequate market populations to draw from.

Too much to count lol. I should probably get on that, now that TLG has actually made a lot of stuff I want. I try to keep the net worth of my collection at a certain amount.

Hay Tormenter370, if you own nearly every Lego SW set its work much more that $1000. Did you miss a 0 from the end? $10,000 would be closer to the mark. Cloud city is work over $500+ now and the UCS falcon was nearly $1000 when it came out now worth around $3000.

I would start collecting those parts up and putting those sets back together and storing them properly. If you also have other themes and been collecting for around about 17 years you literally have a gold mine in your house.

I'd buy your collection for $1000 LOL   .

Wow. you guys are really rich. I used to thought that i am the only one who spend so much on LEGOs. But you guys are..... Anyway My collection worth around $500, i know not as much as you but still precious to me, especially the darth maul sith infiltrator set 7961.

If you bought it while in stores, it should be worth a bit more than you paid. If you bought most of it in the post market..it still should have held it's value pretty well.

What is your most prized set (not most expensive)?? I'm sure that for us that have the UCS falcon that would be the one. My Republic drop ship with AT OT is a close second in my collection!

Not the sets actualy... More the minifigs I collected over the years.

I've got 2 cases full with my figs ( offcourse I have dubbles but in general I keep 1 of each in the casing ) and my most prized are the one's not made by LEGO , but the ones build by some people ( clonetroopers and a endor rebel ). Sadly I can't keep up with LEGO, because I've got a small budget and LEGO keeps increasing the prices. ( and hence, bricklink prizes go up aswell )

my funds are limited as well but I am so hell bent on having a huge collection that sometimes it means missing a meal or two lol
