Gafol Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 (edited) Hello, this is my last MOC, a water mill with tavern and armory. It is made only with parts from sets 5766 and 6918. I hope you like it, comments are welcome! Here the mocpages link to this creation. Edited May 22, 2012 by Gafol Quote
soccerkid6 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Nice little MOC Excellent work combining the sets! Quote
sharky Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Looks great. I like how you limited your bricks to only those 2 sets. It's how I had to build things when I was a kid. Quote
just2good Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Excellent MOC, 'Gafol'! I would love to see more from you. I love the aspect of how you made this from only these two sets. The MOC itself looks great. The details are excellent, and I would love to see pictures of the interior. Quote

The MOC itself looks great. The details are excellent, and I would love to see pictures of the interior. Thanks to all for comments. I like to use parts only from one or two sets. Whereas on one hand it is more easy because you have all parts available, on the other hand it is a good challenge and a good exercise to optimize the work. It is a challenge in the challenge to use the big number of bricks you can. Here there are also the details of interiors, but they are not accurate like outside. You can see other two alternative models in my MOCpages, like this castle-theme one from set 7091: Edited May 23, 2012 by Gafol Quote
JackJonespaw Posted May 22, 2012 Posted May 22, 2012 These are very nice! I love seeing sets crossed over to make a new MOC, and you pulled it off on the mill and the boat! Great job! Quote
LauraC Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 Love seeing your alternative MOCs! It's great to see MOCs that are easy to make for beginners like me! Quote
Flea Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 I love alternative set builds does anyone have any link where people post their alternative set builds? :) Quote
