My best guess - it's from 8071, the Technic Bucket Truck (the V6 decal from the front).  Possibly???

Yeah, a lot more!  But I figured from the picture that it was printed on a slope, and then it was just a matter of going through 13 pages of parts on Bricklink :grin: (twice :blush: )
