Being a set book for my course at college, Homer's Odyssey is a tale of despair, a reunion between father and son and the romantic story of a wife who doesn't want to betray her husband but thinking that he's been dead now for 20 years, has to re-marry one of the 'insolent suitors'.
As you might have gathered reading this, I love the book but others in the class hate it.
I want to know, what do you think of the epic? Is it as good as the bright-eyed Athene or as rubbish as the suitor's attitude to Odysseus?
P.s. MODs how do you add a poll?
