My second modular building. I was hoping to build this in a different color, but the only color I had at the time was yellow. Please leave any suggestions below.

This is great for your second modular building. I agree you could change the color though.
The hoop on the roof is very cool. It reminds me of the basketball and soccer fields on top of some buildings in the city.

Actually that style and colour would also work for a bank.
