What about having an Architecture sub theme of Castles from European countries? That would be a theme I'd buy all of, as would a lot of others here, I think.

I would buy all such sets in a heartbeat! Replicas of actual castles / medieval buildings would make ideal shelf-items to my study... My Imperial Flagship already adorns my bookshelf and makes the room a very pleasant place to be.
