Like a lot of AFOLs of my vintage, the first Castle Lego set I ever owned was the venerable "Yellow Castle", and although we've moved on from those early visors, separate tunic pieces and brick-built horses, the Classic Castle sets still hold a place in my heart.

Fast forward a few decades and I'm building a pair of the gorgeous Kingdoms Joust sets, and I something clicks - I need a group of different knights competing in the tourney. Each of them a champion hailing from neighbouring kingdoms, baronies, duchies and fiefdoms, their tunics emblazoned with their own insignias!

So without further ado, my updated versions of original Classic Castle knights:

And for anyone interested, I did the same thing with the Black Falcons a while back:

If anyone has any suggestions or feedback, please let me know!  :classic:

All I can say about these decals is wow! They're done very well! I never owned the Yellow Castle set though, I guess I was too young.

Thank you, and perhaps I should have linked to the originals!

Oh, no not at all! By all means you should draw your own ones if you want to, I'd be surprised if I was the first person to have the idea in the first place!

It took a guy ripping your decals to get you to come back to the forum   but great to see you come back. Very nice work as usual, I'll be sure to save this. Did you get to apply any of your decals? I really wanted to see them (specially the elf ones) on real figs. I would do it myself but I have yet to find a decal source here in Portugal (doubt it even exists).
Good to see you and your wonderfull decals again  :classic:

Thank you, but actually I've just been really busy with work! I did apply some of the elf stickers, here's one of my elven scouts (the fig on the right is the unchanged official one):
