As noted on Bot Bench, "Anika Vuurzoon has created something so cool. She NXTified the new LEGO Friends invention workshop set (3933). It looks simply fantastic. You should check out her Youtube channel, she’s quite the artist." The YouTube video below shows the internal workings of the automated figurines:
