MOC: Red Power Function Engine

This is an engine I have been working on for a while, just got it to where I want to share, the car with it still needs some work and some parts to complete after my next bricklink order. Comments welcome

Wait, do I see enlighten bricks in there? hmmmmm that shine is a lil fishy....

If the colours are off it must be the flash.

A couple of inside shots, with the cab open you can see the channel selector and power light.

To remove the batteries the complete pack lifts out to replace the batteries, the last disc on the roof acts as the power ewitch as well.

Very nice MOC, I think it could use a little difference it colour and perhaps some lights at the bottom front of the locomotive, like 3677.

Thanks, not really inspired buy a real engine, just took some on the ideas from other lego trains

I am not happy with the front, I ordered some parts to I hope improve the front.

it is not very original ofcourse, but i really like the model of the 7939 Engine...

Wow, in red it looks even better. It shouldhave been the original colour.
