It would look good, but the head is still red. Lego should release another Jedi Interceptor.

That R2 is fantastic Dapper-D2 . The blue stripes and the little claw are all great.

Shame about the head .

Fantastic! All the little changes really made a big difference. Now your new project is to paint a 4x4 dome white or grey and add R2-D2 decoration

Very nice work here and great to see you you got the body parts in the right colors.  Wonder if you could find a decal design online or elsewhere that looks like R2's head and attach it to a light gray dome.  Just an idea. :classic:

Daps, they're both great!  If I didn't know better, I'd think you've been playing with bricks for 30+ years

Now this is good, it matches and looks how it should. Do you have the claw in silver or just grey?

Yeah   , the red colour scheme works so much better than the blue. You are going to find it hard to improve on that now. Not much else I can say but .

Love the detailing and just how different they can look while being based on the same size. I wonder what scale this is mood scale?

The red is much better only because we see the whole thing. The blue is tough to picture with a red head... Red one is a winner
