A silly mecha where I decided I would try and cram in the most guns possible, while still keeping the size minimal around a minifig.
The result was a very ridiculous looking figure that barely stood up. I since destroyed it because it cannibalised parts from many things but it was the definition of NOT subtle.

Also it reminded me of Posted Image

I remember a more recent thing I did- it had a Exo-Force robot-suit arm that came with this set a while back, with the yellow spikes included with Nitroblast as teeth, triple jointed red, gunmetal, and green (I don't know why I did it either) legs AND arms, and had a mess of parts stacked on a 1.0 Hero Torso. I think one or two of the parts were pulled straight from a Toa Metru. IT was freaky!

There's no way it can top the Banana Bot, but I might as well post this:

Yeah, the Toa Metru canister is defnitely my favorite lego set packaging of all time.

That's actually pretty inspiring, I think I might pick up some random object and build around it.

This is the single weirdest and most epic HF system-build thing I have ever seen.
And I love it.

And now I'm off to try the same thing with a lime.

My weidest MOC ever was a Rahi-like amalgam of 3 different torsos with a Kardas head plonked on it. It absolutely can't support its body, it's limbs are tiny and floppy, and the tail could very easily be misinterpreted as... you know... the thingie.

These remind me of a few bionicles I helped my nephew build. Here is a link to where we poste them on the Lego gallery.
