My very dear Eurobricks Ladies and Gents,

As you read from the title, this is a community build where everyone builds one section of everyone's favorite castle, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

All you have to do is choose a room from the list below, tell me which room you want, and sort yourself into your favorite Hogwarts house! (Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff.)

Be sure to read all of the rules before signing up!

Rules
1. You get one choice at a room. It's first come, first serve.
2. There are 4 different sizes. If you don't think that you have enough bricks, don't choose it.
3. Minifigures are allowed, but don't always do Harry, Ron, and Hermione, do some different characters that we haven't seen officially released. (You can do yellows or fleshies, but not two different ones in the same room.) You can also do customs of minifigures who haven't been released yet.
4. Walls should stick to dark bley, light bley, or brick yellow. Please avoid all old dark or light gray colors.
5. NO LDD. Be challenged!
6. Post your entries in a seperate thread and in this thread. Please give only constructive criticism.
7. This community build will last until january 1st. If you say that you will do a room, make sure you have a clear schedule.
8. Finally, be creative! Don't do a plain wall. Add texture!

No, keep them in the colors put down. You can add tan colors as details, but just keep the walls in those three colors.

Neat! I'll take the Quidditch Pitch. I've been wanting to make one for years, and this is the perfect chance! However, I will be preoccupied with a different community build, so I'm not sure if I'll have the time to complete it. After all, I'm planning to make it 48x96!

And as some of you might be able to guess, I will be in...

This doesn't apply to the "Any Size" category, does it? Is this a requirement? If so, it should be added to the rules. That's quite high though, especially for the 16x16 category.

Good point. 22 is very high for a bignette.
Also a question: In case we're using a diagonal wals (like in HP towers) how should we calculate that? Should it be within 16x16 limit (like in my case), or an overhang is allowed?

Ps. Do the walls have to be that tall? Because that would require quite a large bricklink order.
