MOC: Back to Basics: Despicable Me Minion Sculpture

I have several tubs of older bricks which are unorganized and dirty. Eschewing modern techniques and not worrying about new grey vs old grey I decided to start building smaller sculptures using only the bricks in those tubs. The first one fits the primary lego palette quite well.

It may not be the best rendition of the minions, but considering it is only made out of basic bricks, it's pretty darn good! Nice job! The only thing that looks a bit awkward are the shoulders. I think it would be better if the arms would end at the slope.
