Dak walks into the Arena, primarily to revoke the duel with Guts, as his opponent was out of the Hall at the moment. Seeing one of the two troublemakers from the Hall challenging some poor soul whose player hadn't been active lately hadn't been seen for a while without any reason, he stepped up. "Oi! Just exactly who do you think you are, bein' such a nuisance? What has that guy ever done to you? Listen, if you want to fight someone, I'll fight. I hereby Challenge Drake Flamesword to a Duel, by the Arena rules! 'S not like I have anything better to do anyway...."

Dak yanks the less experienced hero to his feet. "Or you could stop fighting so much and simply enjoy the Hall," Dak spoke, dusting himself off. With that, he strode back down the passageway to the main part of the Hall.

Drake watched as dak went through the exit. He rubbed his leg twice and decided to take his suggestion in consideration. "Rough guy." Drake muttered as he left for the hall.

Arthur glides into the Arena on a ramp of ice.  He leaps off into a backflip, punching the ground as he lands, before summoning his staff to his hand. Readying his Amethyst for spellcasting, he watches with some satisfaction as his staff changes from black to a glowing violet.



(OOC: Please note this is only an aesthetic/roleplaying change, the staff itself is non-elemental.)

He meanwhile pulls out one of his new Scrolls, eager to test it out.  Prepared and confident, he announces his challenge.

"I, Arthur Justus Regulus VII (Flipz), would like to challenge my master Althior Emorith (K-nut), to a duel!"

OOC: Shouldn't I have done 7 damage? 14 divided by 2 is 7, since he was in the back. It says 6.   Oh well, I guess I'm just kind looney.

Actually, only WP deals damage in the arena. But I forgot about back row again. Fixed.
