Thanks Frank, i got it from one of the newer Pirates themed sets. I believe it was the pirate stronghold. Posted Image

Personally, I agree. The white backpacks fit with the white pants so well, and they also match the bandoliers on the torso, making them look like actual government military issued packs. They are also were easy to find in the old pirate sets. Posted Image
