I finally got this set along with the small Friends set.
The official RRP is $11.99, which is the perfect value!
I didn't even think that TLG would ever remake such a small set and leave the price almost the same!

Some of my pictures aren't perfect, I don't have too much time, because I am making my Winter Village MOC and another review

There won't be too many comments, it's mostly a photo-review.

There's a little mistake in the instructions booklet. Look at the black circle plate. It mysteriously disappears!

The Batman minifigure.
This figure is almost the same to the 6857 one, but this one doesn't have a cape. But instead, an awesome BatGlider!

The extra parts.

Design 8/10 Looks really nice, but I would have added some more street things (trash can, some flowers, a rat for Pete's sake!)
Parts 10/10 All the parts and colors are in one palette, so it's totally fine.
Figs 10/10 I LOVE those guys
Build 9/10 Very simple... Too simple...
Playability 10/10 The set is very playable, especially the Batman-Catcycle part.

Total: 47/50 - a very nice set.

Thanks for watching, almost ready with y friends review.

Great review of this set, simple play features, but really it's a figure pack...boys want Bat's and of course a hot female in a tight fitting costume !
I might buy this only if on special.....almost 25 bucks AU is a little too much for Bat's here !

It is a really nice set, for that price in the US it's perfectly good. Don't know about OZ

Alex a big thanks for the photo review, it certainly shows a lot more than the official pics. Those brown bricks with tiles remind me of old action movies that hard cardboard boxes everywhere on the streets that gave stuntmen something to fall into and cars something to drive into without causing much damage.

Great review of a brilliant introductory set to the line. It's the same price in pounds as it is in dollars but a great way to pick up Batman with a very unique and well assembled accessory. I do wish there was more than one batarang though  :look:

Im not too bothered about "old" and new" versions of the various characters as Im not a completist or collector in any form. The two figures are great and I enjoy the double side feature to Catwoman/Miss Kyle. I need to find a hairpiece to compliment it...

Thanks for the review, the last of the three sets I have to be reviewed. Always good to read other peoples views. Now could someone review two face and convince me to spend £49.99 on it lol

Thanks for the review. I already wanted this set since it has two great characters for such a low price, but these photos further confirm it.

Catwoman looks much better now than when I first saw her. I really like the other side of her face.

I already have the gray Batman, and I don't really care about the glider, but I might change my mind once I see it in person.

Keep up the good reviews.

Nice pics.  Good review.  I bought the set at the LEGO store but haven't built it yet.  I've seen the crates used by others to pose the cycle with its front wheel raised.

My only wish is that Batman had also come with a cape.

I am sure the wings aren't the only thing to get it for, but you should still get it.
You know, I don't really have a least or whatever, but I am looking forward to buying some of the new Cars sets and the rest of the small sets in Super Heroes.

The Catwoman exceeds expectations. Trust me, on the LEGO pictures she is ugly as hell, but here!

This looks like a pretty great set, although like everyone else, I will be focused on the Bat and Catwoman, the inidental pieces, especially the boxes, will be used.

Well, the first Batman series was out really hastely, without anyone expecting, I got some of the sets, but I sold most of them, because the price arose at least 5 times. So don't worry, TLG knows what you want and not going to pass this too fast.  :classic:

Good review. I have the old Catwoman set as well, and I have to say the motorcycle in this one is way cooler. I love the stoplight, the boxes and the newspapers as well. New Catwoman has a way better torso, but I have to say that I like older Catwoman's goggles face in conjunction with her mask a little better than the new one, so I swapped heads.

Batman's jetpack is pretty great also! Well worth the $13.

I am just waiting on the Funhouse to arrive, then I'll be caught up. Having a ton of fun with this line so far!

Thanks for the review AlexScammer, as a big Batman fan it seems I chose the right time to return to EB and Lego enthusiasm. I snagged all the Batsets last time, barring the Catwoman one, and instead got her as a keychain. I'll definitely be getting this, and I love the minor minifig variations, as well as those Batwings. And hell, purple Catcycle by itself would've made the purchase.

A one thorough and well pictured review!
