According to this, it was received through the post from LucasArts as some sort of promo for the Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars video game. I'm guessing it was sent out to those in the video game review industry - magazine and website journalists?

This looks very interesting. It would be perfect as a gift. Well, that's what it is meant to be of course, but still. And an easy way to get your hands on a wampa, as I don't like the set where it's exclusive for.
