Darth Yogi

The Bronze Destroyer

Recommended Posts

Here is my entry for The MCW contest, tournament master. I hope you like it.

Cost- I'd say about $5-8, but I'm not sure because I had all the materials and don't remember the cost.

Inspiration-I was with my dad, and asked him something like what colors go well together, and he decided Blue and yellow. I then just came up with the rest. I really like chain mail, so I made that. Then I broke 2 helmets in the process before this one. The first one looked good but cracked and I didn't really like the second.

Here it is, so enjoy.

That custom helmet and cape are great! My favorite part is definitely the yellow/blue twist on top of the helmet.

Thanks. That twist was really hard. I didn't realize until I started painting it.

blue and yellow looks great, what a coincidence as my work in progress knight is also in blue and yellow!

Nice braided sculpy on the helmet.. You could easily do ponytails for female minifigs with that method.

Good luck for the contest!

A very fine custom! I really like the paintjob done here. And the colours work greatly here! :classic:

Would you like to join me and wipe the Dark Knight together?

Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) :classic:

Thanks for the comments. I'm thinking about going around the chain mail with a fine marker, and re-doing the air holes.

Nice job on the helmet and cloak, Darth Yogi.

The bright colours add a nice lively touch to the creation, too.

Thanks. I'm hoping to add a little to him such as a crest on the helmet but am going to finish my other two entries first.

My alien one is done and my other one is very near completion. So they will probably both be in by this weekend, and on time
